Privacy

We collect what it takes to make your order, ship it and answer your emails. This site has no analytics and no ad trackers, and we don't sell or rent anyone's details.

When you order

You type your card, name, email and shipping address into Stripe's checkout page. Stripe keeps the card details; this site never sees them. Stripe passes us your name, email and shipping address once you've paid.

We keep those with your order: what you bought, the prices, shipping, your order number, its status, and whether you ticked the box for emails. We use them to:

We also get a copy of each order by email, so we know it's come in.

When you use the contact form

Your name, email and message are sent to our inbox as an email, so we can reply. The site doesn't keep a copy anywhere else.

The email list

Only if you sign up with the form or tick the box at checkout. We keep your email address on our own server, hosted by Hostinger, until we move the list to an email service. We use it only to send you new drops and news. If you enter a giveaway, we also keep the Instagram username you give us, to check bonus entries. To come off the list, email [email protected] and we'll remove you.

What stays in your browser

Your cart is saved in your own browser: the product codes and quantities, nothing else. It isn't sent anywhere until you check out, and it empties once you reach the thank-you page after paying. This site sets no cookies of its own.

Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots. Stripe's checkout page is Stripe's own site, and Stripe's privacy policy covers it.

Server logs

Like most web servers, ours logs each page request: the IP address, the page, the time and the browser. That's for keeping the site secure and working.

Who handles it for us

Each handles your details under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep the record of each order (your name, email, shipping address and what you bought) for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then delete it. Nightly backups of the order records are kept for 30 days, then deleted.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Email [email protected] and ask. We'll send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We delete everything except the order record itself, which tax and accounting law requires us to keep for the time above. A deleted record can stay in a backup for up to 30 days until that backup is replaced. Stripe and Printful keep their own records of an order under their own policies.

To leave the email list, email us and we'll take you off it. Once list emails start going out, each one will also have an unsubscribe link.
