Prices and paying
Prices are in US dollars (USD), and you pay the price shown when you check out. Shipping is added at checkout; the shipping page has the rates.
You pay on Stripe's checkout page, which shows the full total before you pay. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. You don't need an account: your order email is your record of the order.
Made to order
Nothing is made until you order it. Printful, the company that makes our gear, prints each piece (the cap is embroidered) and ships it straight to you. Your order goes to Printful automatically as soon as your payment goes through.
Now and then we hold an order to check a detail before it goes to be made. If that happens to yours, we'll email you, and again when it's on its way to production.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can't cancel on the site, because the order is already with the printer by the time you see your order email. If you need to change the size, the address or anything else, or cancel, email us straight away with your order number. We'll try. Once production has started we can't change or cancel it, and we can't promise to catch it before then.
What you'll get
The product pictures are mockups made from the artwork, not photos of the finished piece. Colors can look a little different on your screen from how they come out in print or thread, and placement and measurements can vary slightly from piece to piece. The size chart on each product page gives the measurements.
Shipping and returns
Where we ship, the rates and how long it takes are on the shipping page. What happens if something arrives wrong, damaged or not at all is on thereturns page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
